Attention customers on Server IP 66.194.38.203:
5:20 PM (EST) A DOS (denial of service) UPD attack began at approximately 2:05 PM ET targeting a specific IP address (66.194.38.203) within the network. This attack escalated over several hours and at 5:21 PM EST, the attack was successful in bringing the network down.
Our technicians in conjunction with those from Cisco are working to fix the problem.
We would like to thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused.

During the installation a system failure occurred so a migration of all accounts on another server is needed. Our technicals are working on this issue and no extimated time for issue closing is available.

2:30 PM (EST) Problems on the backbone were due to our backbone provider: at 2.11 PM (EST) a failure in the Sonet has isolated our datacenter. Issue has been fixed at 4.31 PM (EST) when traffic has been re-routed on a different path.
